Sands Condo // Complete Paint, Drywall and Ceiling Skim for New Street Homes

was a chance for us to put our tested and true process to work. Prep work included scraping the ceilings, custom drywall to achieve the stunning architectural ceiling you see below and three layers of skim coat on the ceilings, which allows for a flat, uniform surface for a smooth finished product.

We also completed a full preparation of the old walls with wallpaper, repaired damaged and warped areas and applied new drywall before the main event; prime, paint & finish. This extensive prep work is our proud signature, and we know it’s just as, if not more important than the paint itself to ensure a seamless finished product, that lasts.
